The mission of TRANSITION, Inc. is to reduce crime and recidivism by providing job training and job placement services to ex-offenders as a means of assisting them to overcome the barrier of a criminal record to obtain gainful employment. This is accomplished through an intensive program of counseling, case management, training and job placement services leading to self-sufficiency, productive citizenship and lawful living.
