Andrea Root
Accounting Services Coordinator

Andrea Root specializes in a variety of areas in both the for-profit and non profit sectors, specifically focusing on the accounting and bookkeeping needs of each client.  She assists clients in startup procedures such as Incorporation, Business plans, and 501c3 formation, as well as ongoing services like bookkeeping and non profit annual filings. Prior to employment with BizCentral USA, she has held various management positions and worked in the retail industry.  In her spare time, Andrea enjoys reading and shopping.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting through University of Phoenix.


Carlos Rosado
Web Developer

Carlos Rosado specializes in web development for BizCentral USA.  He is experienced in CSS, PHP, SEO, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator.  Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, he interned at MicroStudios in downtown Orlando, where he further developed his Flash and Graphic Design skills.  In his spare time, Carlos enjoys going to the park and walking his dog.  He received a degree in Fine Arts in Multimedia from International Academy of Design and Technology.

Leslie Hege
Customer Care Representative

Leslie Hege administers the customer care process by assisting clients throughout the preparation and completion of their purchase.  Prior to employment with BizCentral USA, she worked for several years in various customer care positions in both Retail and Hospitality industries.  In her spare time, Leslie loves being near the ocean and enjoys visiting the beach as often as possible.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Grace College.


Matthew Mitchell
Business Consultant

Matthew Mitchell, the “People’s Champ,” assists clients in both the for-profit and non profit sectors, specializing in customer service as well as 501c3’s and grant writing.  He has worked on 501c3’s in all 50 states.   Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, Matthew worked at the YMCA and helped with at risk youth.  He also served in the United States Marine Corp.  In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef.  Matthew received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Florida State University.

Myrna Alverio
Business Consultant

Myrna Alverio assists for-profits and non profits in startup and ongoing services such as incorporations and 501c3 tax exemption.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has extensive experience in high quality customer service, sales and networking.  Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, Myrna served nine years in the United States Army Reserves.  In her spare time, she enjoys skydiving and designing purses.  Myrna received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from University of Central Florida.

Nicole Roach
Marketing Coordinator

Nicole Roach is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of marketing goals and initiatives across our three industry divisions.  Nicole comes to us with experience in a variety of communication sectors including; Marketing, Public Relations and Journalism. Previously, Nicole assisted in marketing and media relation campaigns and event administration for business clients in the ‘Green’ niche Industry. Using her experience in broadcast journalism, Nicole has perfected her writing abilities and seamlessly integrated them with her marketing and public relations skills. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and their black labs, Buddy and Riley.  Nicole graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
